If you listen to chef Jamie Oliver’s advice, a little bit of EVOO can do absolute wonders for any dish.

We do a mighty fine version of this classic oil if we do say so ourselves, which is made using olives grown in balmy Spain and packed full of Vitamins E and K, beneficial fatty acids and antioxidants. Use for light frying over low to medium temperatures, marinades, or as a dressing to add a burst of light olive flavour at the end of cooking.
