Beef Ramen Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Harvest Rice Bran Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • ½ Broccoli
  • 1 Carrot, sliced
  • 500 g ground beef
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Harvest Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 2 packets Ramen noodles
  • 1 Green onion, to garnish
  • 1 Egg, boiled


Directions:

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, heat Harvest Rice Bran oil. Add onions, peppers, and broccoli and cook until tender.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any remaining fat.
  3. Make sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, Harvest Apple Cider Vinegar, Sriracha, and garlic.
  4. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add cooked ramen noodles and cook until tender. Drain.
  5. Add cooked ramen noodles to pan and pour over sauce. Toss until completely combined.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sliced boiled egg to serve.
